Debtor's Guideline

The main task of collection company is to build relationships with the Debtor in such a way that a Creditor and a Debtor can meet their engagements towards each other and maintain their dignity and reputation.

Selling the legal claim concerning your debt to the collection company has at least one very significant "plus": collection company traditionally does not charge fines, penalties and interest on the amount of your debt.

At the same time, if the collection company goes to the court, the payment of legal fees will be charged specifically with you.

In accordance with the foregoing, we recommend strongly that you promptly contact your credit officer and agree repayment schedule.

The collector is not interested to make you bankrupt. At the same time he follows the principle “the debt must be repaid” and will use for this purpose all possibilities within the law.

Generally, cooperation of the collector with the debtor begins with an appeal submitted in a formal letter which describes the current state of debt and suggests ways to break the deadlock. After the debtor receives such letter, or after a phone call, we recommend you promptly contact our experts to determine the best way to solve the problem. Credit inspector considers the debtor's personal situation and suggests ways to resolve this problem and develops an individual schedule of debt repayment. The debtor should remember that fulfillment of its financial obligations helps uphold his reputation and clean credit history.

Delay in payment only increases the total amount of debt and worsens the financial situation of the debtor. As mentioned above, if the debtor avoids helping the collector we take the appropriate measures to repay the debt by compulsion. As you see, the more expensive is collecting process, the greater amount the court compels you to compensate.

Our staff is always ready to provide expert assistance in solving problems with debt settlement, even in cases you have temporary financial problems or become a victim of fraud (see FAQ).

Thus, your actions if your debt is transferred to the service of collection company are as follows:

  • Contact credit inspector and review the available ways to repay the debt.
  • Agree with the Inspector the schedule and form of debt repayment, taking into the account your real financial situation and your possibilities.
  • Please follow the undertaken obligations and the agreed schedule.
