Under the direct supervision of Operations Director, Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for the timely processing of data in information systems, downloading the registry data of debtors, daily data monitoring the payment and sending of informative emails and SMS messages to debtors.
Location of office - Russia, Moscow
Key responsibilities:
Making and processing of repot on functioning of tools and behavior of the portfolio.
Download the registry data of debtors and payments in Information System
Sending SMS messages from the Information System on a regular basis
Conduct analytical work to collect, evaluate and analyze the received information, as well as to develop practical recommendations.
Coordinate activities of subcontractors under the joint performance of work with other structural units of the organization.
Participation in the development of new models of informative emails and SMS messages
Perform other assignments and orders of the head
Requirements:
Higher Education
Experience in banking, insurance company or similar field of activity from 2 years
Experience with databases (ERP system) is obligatory
Knowledge of processes of troubled debts collecting
Good skills in basic computer programs
Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks simultaneously
Personal characteristics:
Age 23-30 years
Ability independently prioritize and control the timing of tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of the basics of time management, diligence
Responsibility, initiative, punctuality, honesty.
Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable
University full-time legal education (an advantage to graduates of MSU, MSLA);
Experience not less than 3 years;
Successful experience in consulting, debt collection companies, credit organizations, large holding companies in the post of a lawyer / senior lawyer;
Practical knowledge and skills to work on civil law, labor law, corporate law, tax law, land law, contract law;
Successful experience in conducting trials in the civil (common law courts, arbitration tribunal) proceedings, action in the enforcement proceedings;
Practical skills in the preparation of legal opinions;
English is not below the Upper-intermediate (self-editing of bilingual treaties and negotiations with foreign counterparts on legal issues);
Ability to defend your point of view, identify problems in time and propose solutions;
Willingness to business trips;
Ability to work as a team.
