CCG - Kazakhstan was moved

From 5 September  2011 office of CCG Kazakhstan is situated in Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, 2 district, Altynsarin alley, 55 B. 
Now the company has already had its own building, parking area, office space is now more comfortable and ample, holds larger number of employees, so we are able to provide service of high quality and in large volumes. Only the call center can holds more than 100 professionals working with NPL that can handle more than 400 000 debtors per month.
When planning office the requirements of standard ISO 27000 was taken into account. Call center has been modified from a general area for comfortable meeting rooms, where each individual client is served, which guarantees the confidentiality of information.
Working space of employees are provided with new furniture, new modern technologies, which makes it possible to handle large non-profit loan portfolios quickly and accurately.
 "Before the change of office, I visited several such offices in other countries and we have implemented here the best approach. This is maybe the most modern collection office, not only in Kazakhstan but also in the whole Central Asian region. Office is divided into special zones adapted, either directly to the operational service, and to communicate with clients and debtors. It is very important for us to make our visitors and our staff feel comfortable and safe ", - said Nurzhan Syrlybaev, CEO of CCG Kazakhstan.
