Grzegorz Kopaniarz (Гжегож Копаниаж)
CEO, Ukraine (Head Office)
Mr. Grzegorz Kopaniarz became General Director and CEO of CCG – Credit Collection Group in the middle of 2008. Under his command Company soon became defined market leader in terms of servicing debts and conducted first in the Country’s history assignments of NPL portfolios from Ukrainian Banks. Following success on Ukrainian market, Mr. Grzegorz Kopaniarz headed development of the Group in surrounding markets: Belarus (2008), Kazakhstan (2009) and Russia (2010). Prior to joining CCG, Mr. Grzegorz Kopaniarz served as Operational Director and Head of International Operations in one of the leading Polish Debt Collection Company, being also responsible for its successful start-up in Romania.
Alexander Kholod (Александр Холод) Executive Director, Russia Alexander Kholod held the position of Operations Director of CCG in Ukraine and was the member of supervisory board in Kazakhstan. He has got over 6 years of experience in managing operational and technical resources of telecommunication companies and the largest Ukrainian banks. Alexander also succeeded in building and developing contact centers in Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Nurzhan Syrlybayev (Нуржан Сырлыбаев)
General Director, Kazakhstan
In 2009 Nurzhan Syrlybayev joined the company CCG Kazakhstan as a First Deputy Director. In his new role, Mr. Syrlybayev took responsibility for attracting new clients and regional debt recovery. In 2010 he headed the office as a General Director. He has experience in sales of financial instruments and more than 9 years of experience in economic and financial management of the Financial Police of Kazakhstan.
Skillful use of legal education and experience of General Director allows the company CCG Kazakhstan to actively develop on the country's financial market and compete with other collection companies.
Nurzhan has got significant work record in controlling state authorities and due to this successfully manages solving the problems of clearing complicated and intricate financial and economical crimes. Since 2009 he has been heading the Kazakh branch of CCG. Nurzhan has got over 15 years of total working experience in economical sphere in Kazakhstan’s largest companies. |
