decreasing costs of managing accounts receivable.

The price is favorable for the Client;
The financing of the Client is performed due to CCG’s purchasing of book debt;
The subject of agreement between CCG and the Client is the book debt which is due;
The Cession Agreement is valid regardless of the preliminary agreement between the Client and the Debtor about the prohibition on cession of book debt.
