Last autumn, iO CLINIC entrusted CCG Development with the creation of cosmetic space. At the 200-square-meter facility, located at 6 Klovskiy uzviz, our specialists performed the following works:
● A well-known Kyiv designer Volodymyr Nepiyvoda, the founder of the YOD design studio, was directly involved in the design of the clinic.
Our team undertook the design of engineering networks and engineering systems (electrical solutions, heating,ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewerage, fire and security alarm systems).
● General contracting with execution and control of all types of works.
● Production of furniture and decorative elements on the basis of CCG Development’s own production and installation of a design project accordingly. All product features and materials used have been pre-discussed and approved by the designer and the customer.
20 CCG Development professionals worked on the project for three months – from October 2020, so that in January the ambitious and promising clinic would open its doors to patients. Thanks to the skill of our specialists, its interior completely corresponded to the visualization of the designer.
