SimCorp Office

SimCorp is an internationally oriented company engaged in the development, sale and support of software and services for investment management.

As the company was growing, so was the need for a new office. The contractor was, of course, CCG Development. We had the following tasks:

● repair and construction works,

● installation of a technical building system,

● finishing works.

We performed all the work quickly and efficiently, which completely satisfied the customer.

The office is the place where we spend most of our time, so attention to detail must be maximized.

To increase employees’ loyalty and productivity, the office workspace must be functional and aesthetic.

Our specialists performed work on a clear project design in the style of minimalism.

The space is organized on the principle of open space with a large number of meeting rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen and a dressing room.

The company needs a lot of communication between employees and office guests – it was logical to create a large number of meeting rooms. Acoustics and sound insulation are always given important attention to in such premises, so that the audience could hear each other well, with the sound not leaving the room. And if you need to quickly have a tete-a-tete dialogue, or an online meeting, small negotiation rooms were created, similar to boxes.
