Another incredible office in our portfolio! A workspace that combines elements of practical minimalism and work comfort that inspire productivity and help you stay focused.

The office is located on the attic floor: here our team of builders built a second tier — thus dividing the premises conventionally into two floors. They also took care of a large amount of natural light – glass partitions were installed on the second floor and skylights were installed, so during the day the office is beautifully surrounded by sunlight

[ Interesting fact: it is obvious that renovation work is quite a noisy process, causing some inconvenience to other residents of the building. But we at CCG Development are still those troubleshooters, so of course we deal with this problem at each of our facilities. To do this, we build proper communication with neighbors, apologize in advance for possible inconveniences, always warn on which day and at what hours noisy works will continue and do everything possible to build the object on time and cause a minimum of trouble/inconvenience to other people .
