The fast pace of life is an integral feature of the capital. At times when there is not enough time, energy or desire to prepare delicious meals, «Homecafe» comes to the rescue.
«Homecafe» is a network of Kyiv establishments with simple and clear, almost home-made dishes. Three establishments are located near the new residential areas and are regularly used by their residents.
The recent establishment of the network was opened in February 2021 on the territory of the residential complex «French Quarter 2». The CCG Development team was directly involved in its construction.

Repair and construction works, installation of engineering networks
Construction of public catering establishments is a highly specialized area of activity. It requires specialists to obtain permits, design the facility and utilities, taking into account the division of the territory into separate shops and ancillary facilities.
CCG Development professionals have extensive experience in building cafes and restaurants. During the creation of a new ‘Homecafe’ etablishment on the 260-square-meter facility, the specialists performed the following:
- ● Repair and construction works.
- ● Installation of engineering networks.
Also in our work we paid special attention to non-standard design solutions generated and implemented by an outside designer on the part of the customer, namely:
- ● Large wall and columns decorated with ordinary bricks
- ● Decorative materials that were also used
- ● Mosaic in the bathrooms
- ● Large lamps in the form of layers
In total, 15 specialists of various profiles were involved in the work coping with the task in the agreed time.
