Unit.City is the largest innovation park in Ukraine. CCG Development began its collaboration with Unit.City in 2021, creating several functional and attractive spaces. Finding a unique connection, our fruitful collaboration continued further. This time, CCG had the opportunity to build an office across two floors.

Within the 1350 square meter space, we realized extensive meeting rooms, various purpose-designed offices, common areas, and the main feature that unites the two floors: the staircase. The staircases stand out for their conceptual design and practicality. Details of our work can be seen in the carousel.
